GLASSMAT LIFETIME WARRANTY
GlassMats lifetime warranty is for normal office environment use. GlassMats are virtually maintenance free with the exception of periodic cleaning of the top surface. The top surface can be cleaned with any off-the-shelf glass cleaner and a soft rag or towel. Any sticky foods or materials on the surface can be easily scraped off with a single edge razor blade and then buffed with any glass cleaner.
Should the GlassMat be moved to another location it is highly recommended that two or more individuals be used depending on size and as necessary for size of Glassmat to handle and move the product. Non-slip rubber gloves are also recommended for any move. Remember this is glass and it will break if the edge is impacted. Care must be taken not to drop or rest the GlassMat on any hard surface. Watch the corners when moving the product and make sure that you have a clear and unobstructed path to the new location. Damage occuring while moving the Glassmat is not covered in this warranty.
GlassMats of less than twenty six square feet are covered under this warranty against any manufacturing defects. Consequential damages, including negligence, abuse or misuse are not covered in this warranty. No metal should come in direct contact with any GlassMat surface.
Tech-Line reserves the rights to field inspect all units reported as being defective under this warranty. Units over twenty six square feet, circles, radius tops, and special shapes are not covered under this warranty.
Liability under this non-transferable warranty shall be limited to replacement of the glass with the same delivery terms as applied to the original purchase, or, at Tech-Line’s option, to refund the purchase price. Tech-Line will bear no other expense, such as shipping, material or labor costs of any kind.
No employee, salesperson, or representative of Tech-Line, Inc. has any authority to change or modify this warranty in any way. If you have a question regarding this warranty or have any claim under the provisions of this warranty, please contact Tech-Line directly.
Should the product be moved to another physical location different than the address to which it was delivered, or any unauthorized surface condition, Tech-Line takes no responsibility for the product and the warranty become null and void.
